Job seeekers: where do you spend most of your time searching for jobs online?(bonus if U R in restaurant biz!)

As an employer looking for restaurant employees, I’m trying to decide where to spend my money posting jobs. (I am a small biz owner and don’t have extra $$ to post like the chain restaurants do!) Postings are anywhere from $300-$500 per job.

Where do YOU search for jobs?
Monster?
Career Builder?
Craigslist?
Know of any other FREE sites like Craigslist?

  1. I always think that the way to find a great job is to get your local city magazine, and see what great places they are writing about- then read about them, and see where you would want to work, and go and apply. Wouldn’t you rather be the one to choose them, rather than them get to choose you????

  2. I live in Pennsylvania. I search my local papers, use Monster & Career Builder too. Also my local job center has a career link that is good,
