Is it legal to participate in online poker in the state of florida?
I have been playing online poker for a while at a site called poker stars. I live in the state of florida and I am not really sure if its legal or not. I have asked around and done some research but I cant find a solid answer some say yes others say no! I would really like an answer on this because I would hate to be apart of something that is against the law even if i enjoy it!
