Note that the casino’s management reserves the right to withhold winnings on same withdrawal requests that were declined for wagering more than 3 times, and in which there was no progress in fulfilling the wagering requirements between one withdrawal request to the other.

  1. They want you to wager another 400

Most online casinos which offer a bonus have some sort of wagering requirement (WR).

royalloungecasino terms make this quite clear
“This play bonus may not be combined with any other bonus unless otherwise stated. In the interest of fair gaming, in order to cash out any amount of money, you must wager at least ten (10) times your play bonus plus deposit. If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.”

So Im guessing you have not wagered the “at least ten (10) times your play bonus plus deposit.”

Not all games will count towards this target WR
“7. Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all versions of Darts, Heads or Tails, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, Pontoon, and Craps will not be counted toward wagering requirements.”

So I would recommend that you play blackjack with the “perfect blackjack strategy” from

  2. It is standard for a casino to have a certain wagering requirement when you accept a deposit bonus. This is known as a ‘rollover requirement’, meaning that you must wager the amount of your deposit plus the amount of the bonus a certain number of times, usually between 5 and 10. This requirement must be met prior to making a withdrawal unless you want to forfeit the bonus amount plus the amount of the winnings. Some sites won’t even tell you that you don’t qualify for a withdrawal and just strip you of your winnings and return your original deposit amount only! At least they gave you the info necessary. There are better sites available to you and if you are in the market for a new site check out the independent reviews at either or I wish you continued success and congrats on the win! Cheers!
